Lisa El-Shall has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles in Biochemistry. She has extensive experience in consumer healthcare both in research and development and quality and has held leadership positions in the analytical laboratory and quality. For the past 11 years she led the Research and Development Quality group at Pfizer and GSK with global responsibility for areas including development, clinical supply production/release, clinical study oversight, and business development quality. She has a proven ability in establishment, implementation, and maintenance of fit-for-purpose standards, systems, and regulatory inspection compliance.

Ashley Trevisani has extensive experience supporting contract manufacturers and health and wellness companies with quality compliance and laboratory testing solutions. Prior to joining Certified Laboratories, she spent three years at Deloitte, where she advanced from Client Manager to Business Development Manager, helping clients navigate compliance requirements and connect with appropriate testing resources. 

Since joining Certified Laboratories in 2021, Ashley has worked closely with NHP, health and wellness, OTC, cosmetics, and dietary supplement companies to help identify the right testing solutions for their products and regulatory needs. She currently supports clients throughout Canada and the northern U.S. states, providing guidance across a wide range of testing and compliance projects.

Nishmitha Ramachandra

Nishmitha Ramachandra is part of the innovation team at Certified Laboratories and has been supporting Cosmetics, OTC, and Supplement testing for the past three years. She holds a master’s degree in chemistry from St. Aloysius College and brings nearly a decade of combined experience as both a synthetic chemist and analytical chemist. 

Her expertise includes method development, OTC validation projects, analytical testing, and laboratory investigations. Nishmitha’s technical background and innovative approach have helped support new analytical capabilities, streamline laboratory processes and advise customers on testing requirements.
